    Document approved by the CNMV on 22 May 2006 and updated in June 2013 in order for listed companies to state in their Annual Corporate Governance Report whether or not they follow the recommendations established in the area of corporate governance.

  • United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC)
    The Framework Convention on Climate Change was established in 1992 at the Earth Summit held in Rio de Janeiro. It acknowledged for the first time that the climate system is a resource shared by all nations and that greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions must be reduced in order to solve the issue of climate change, but without referring to specific dates for achieving this. 'Conference of the Parties' is the name given to the successive meetings that the countries have held under this convention. The Kyoto Protocol is the fruit of one such conference. More information:
