Annual report's description

• Iberdrola Group’s annual Integrated Report and ESG+F. Digital tool that brings together all the company's non-financial information to respond to numerous recognised reporting standards in this area (IIRC, GRI, SASB, TCFD, B4SI, Global Compact, etc.). It includes both the information reported in the Integrated Report and the content published in the Statement of Non-Financial Information - Sustainability Report, as well as other relevant information for influential agents such as providers of ESG and sustainability indices and ratings.
  
  This digital space, which demonstrates Iberdrola’s commitment to transparency with its Stakeholders, was recognised for the second consecutive year by the League of American Communications Professionals (LACP) world ranking as the best at the European level in the disclosure of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) information.

• Statement of Non-financial Information. Sustainability Report [PDF]. It provides information on the Company's performance in non-financial aspects – mainly in the Environmental, Social and corporate Governance (ESG) areas – as amended in Law 11/2018, of 28 December, on non-financial information and diversity, which transposes into the Spanish legal system Directive 2014/95/EU, and Article 8 of Regulation 2020/852 of the European Union on the establishment of a framework to facilitate sustainable investments. This report has been prepared in accordance with the Consolidated Set of GRI Standards for Sustainability Reporting 2021 and the GRI Electric Utilities Sector Supplement, both of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI); the information requirements and recommendations of the SASB (Sustainability Accounting Standards Board) in its specific standard for Electric Utilities & Power Generators; the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD); as well as in accordance with the AA1000 standard; and undergoes independent external verification in accordance with ISAE 3000. • Annual Corporate Governance report [PDF]. Explains the structure of ownership and administration, the operation of the corporate decision-making bodies, the risk control system, related-party transactions, and the level of the Company's compliance with the recommendations of the Good Governance Code of Listed Companies, in accordance with the form approved by the CNMV.
• Activities Report of the Board of Directors and of the committees thereof [PDF]. Sets out the composition, operation and main activities of Iberdrola's management bodies over the course of the last financial year. Beginning in 2018, it also includes the content of the former annual reports regarding related-party transactions with directors and significant shareholders and regarding engagement and contacts with shareholders.
