• Approval, as the case may be, of the “Iberdrola Retribución Flexible” optional dividend system by the Company’s General Shareholders’ Meeting.

• Approval by the Board of Directors of the relevant resolutions with respect to the implementation of the first capital increase, payment of the Supplementary Dividend and, if applicable, the Adjustment Dividend and, if applicable, the Adjustment Dividend. Approval of the information memorandum regarding the “Iberdrola Retribución Flexible” system. 
• Publication of the information memorandum. 

25, 26, 29 and 30 June and 1 July 2026

• Trading days that count towards determining the number of free allocation rights required to receive one share and the gross amount of the Interim Dividend per share and, if applicable, the Adjustment Dividend.

2 July 2026

• Communication of the number of free allocation rights required to receive one share and the gross amount of the Interim Dividend per share and, if applicable, the Adjustment Dividend.

3 July 2026

• Publication of the announcement regarding the execution of the capital increase in the Official Gazette of the Commercial Registry.
• Last trading date for Iberdrola shares to be traded with the right to participate in the "Iberdrola Remuneración Flexible" system.

6 July 2026

• Ex-dividend date after which Iberdrola shares are traded without the right to participate in the "Iberdrola Remuneración Flexible" system.
• Start of the Common Election Period and the trading period for free allocation rights.

7 July 2026

• Record date to determine the shareholders of the Company eligible to participate in the "Iberdrola Retribución Flexible" system

20 July 2026

• End of the Common Election Period and the trading period for the free allocation rights.

27 July 2026

• Payment of the Interim Dividend to shareholders who opted to receive cash through this option.
• If applicable, payment of the Adjustment Dividend to all shareholders, irrespective of the remuneration option they have chosen.
• Registration of the new shares to be issued under the capital increase in the records of "Sociedad de Gestión de los Sistemas de Registro, Compensación y Liquidación de Valores, S.A.U." (IBERCLEAR).
