Iberdrola's ADR program
"American Depositary Receipt" (ADR) is a US negotiable certificate that represents the underlying securities of a non-US company (Iberdrola, S.A.). These certificates are issued in US dollars and have the same rights as the ordinary shares they represent. In addition, ADR dividends are paid in US dollars.
Each Iberdrola ADR represents four (4) ordinary shares in Iberdrola.
