By means of this privacy notice we inform you about the processing of your personal data that will be carried out on the occasion of your application for collaboration in the Iberdrola-Perseo start-up programme (the "Programme").

Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?

What personal data do we process and how do we collect it?
We will process the following personal data:

For what purposes do we process your data?
Your personal information will be processed for the following purposes:
a) Evaluating your application for potential collaboration in the Programme.
b) To contact you, if necessary, to respond to your request.
What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data for the purposes indicated in the above section is the consent you give by applying to participate in the Programme and by accepting this Privacy Notice.
How long do we keep your data?
Your personal data processed for the purpose a) above will be kept for the time necessary to evaluate your application to participate in the Programme and in any case until the withdrawal of your consent.
Your personal data processed for the purpose b) above will be kept for the time necessary to respond to your request and in any case until the withdrawal of your consent.
However, once the periods mentioned in the preceding paragraphs have elapsed, the data shall be kept, duly blocked, during the periods of limitation of (i) the legal obligations to which Iberdrola may be subject and (ii) the possible legal liabilities arising from the relationship entered into with the data subjects and the consequent processing of their personal data.
To whom will your data be communicated?
Your data may be communicated from time to time to the companies of the Iberdrola Group in order to share your request for cooperation with such companies and to comply with the stated purposes. In this context, in the event that the communication of your personal data takes place to companies of the Iberdrola Group located outside the European Economic Area, in countries that do not offer an adequate level of protection of personal data equivalent to that established in the European Union and in which adequate guarantees are not provided for the protection of data, specifically Brazil, we inform you that such transfers will be made by virtue of your specific consent by ticking the corresponding box on the form.
Your data may also be disclosed to third parties and official bodies in compliance with legal obligations or to comply with requests from regulatory, judicial or other authorities.
Your personal data will not be accessed by third parties.
