This annual report explains the shareholding and management structure, the corporate decision-making bodies operation, the risk prevention, corporate control and compliance systems, the auditor’s role and the degree of compliance with the recommendations of the Good Governance Code of Listed Companies of the National Securities Market Commission (Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores), among other aspects related to the corporate governance model of the Company.
