2017 IR MAGAZINE AWARDS - EUROPE
The commitment to dialogue and establishing a close relationship with our shareholders, in addition to the innovation in transparency and access to information and, in general, the excellent work of the IR area of the company (Investor Relations) have allowed Iberdrola to secure the first position in the ranking, ahead of other European companies, during the 27th edition of the international awards held in London.

The company has received an award in the following categories: 'Best overall investor relations', 'Best company in Western Europe' and 'Best company in the utilities sector'. Thousands of analysts and investors around Europe have voted us to receive these awards.
INSCRIPTIONS TO THE SHAREHOLDERS' CLUB
Within a policy of maximum transparency with the markets, the Shareholder's Club was born as a point of union, information and direct and personalized attention.
In addition, all the shareholders registered for membership of the Club during the period prior to the 2017 Annual General Meeting held on 31 March entered a raffle to win a Surface Pro 3 Tablet and we already have a winner: congratulations to María Paloma Pedregosa Mozos!

2017 IBERDROLA TOGETHER AWARDS / SOLIDARITY
Fundación Cadete became the winner of this last edition after sending the solidarity story that received the most votes.
Established with the purpose of assisting in the social integration of disabled children and their families, the main goal of the Fundación Cadete is to provide financial aid for the treatments that can help these children develop and reach their full potential. The Foundation is currently helping over 150 infants.
Ignacio Galán, Chairman of Iberdrola, gave the award during the Shareholders' Day on 31 March 2017.
