The race to decarbonise our economies and the need to accelerate the ecological transition drive the adoption of new technologies and processes, and it is therefore essential to have the best-trained professionals. For this reason, at the Iberdrola group we promote specialised training, through our student internship programs, in the areas of greatest interest to the company in the territories in which it operates. 

These programmes, which are attended by more than 1,000 students from all over the world every year, provide practical learning in different fields ranging from renewable energies to smart grids, cybersecurity and green products and services.

In addition, the Iberdrola Group develops internship programs in Germany, France, Italy, Greece, Portugal and Australia, an initiative that allows students to train, face challenges and demonstrate their full potential in a real working environment.
