Iberdrola U
Iberdrola U, the energy that transforms the future
Iberdrola Ü, Iberdrola's University Programme, is a strategic initiative to attract and retain talent, drive collaborative innovation and create academic partnerships that strengthen our global positioning.
The programme is structured around four lines of action: scholarships and training, R&D projects and reports, chairs and agreements, and unique initiatives. It also serves as a meeting point for students, entrepreneurs and Iberdrola employees with a common goal: to promote collaboration and excellence in order to tackle the challenges facing the energy sector. Iberdrola U thus promotes young talent, involving them in the changes taking place in the sector and the challenges of the energy transition.
Thanks to more than 20 global agreements and other collaborations with leading international centres, Iberdrola U has established itself as a platform that promotes training, entrepreneurship and research. This international network brings together more than 1,000,000 members — students, scholarship holders, teachers, researchers and employees — to generate innovative solutions, promote knowledge transfer and strengthen the university ecosystem.
