Shareholders' meetup
We are fostering close dialogue with our shareholders thanks to a series of meetings
At Iberdrola, we firmly believe in the value of ongoing dialogue with our shareholders. With this in mind, we have created meeting spaces that allow us to maintain transparent, accessible and enriching communication with our shareholder base, adapting to new realities and needs.

At Iberdrola, we are implementing a policy of engagement to promote ongoing, effective and close dialogue with our shareholders. In line with this commitment, we are organising multiple corporate, cultural and leisure events throughout the year that are aimed at facilitating and encouraging interaction and communication among all stakeholders.
Iberdrola began in Valencia its Shareholders' Day 2026, previous to the General Meeting.
Those attending the Shareholders’ Day were treated to a preview of the exhibition ‘125 Light Years’, which tells the story of Iberdrola through a series of photographs and videos.
Ignacio Cuenca, Iberdrola's Director of Investor Relations, and Charles Langan, ScottishPower's Chief Financial Officer (CFO), participated in the meeting held in Glasgow.
A day of engagement with Iberdrola’s shareholders held at its Campus in Madrid in 2025.
Shareholders' Day 2026
We are launching a new edition of the Shareholders' Day, a series of in-person events that will be held in various cities across Spain prior to the General Meeting scheduled for May 29th. After the success of previous years, we are tripling the number of cities where these meetings will take place, with the aim of gathering more than 2,000 shareholders.
The meetings will be held on April 14th in Valencia, April 21st in Zaragoza, April 23rd in San Sebastián, May 5th in Pamplona, May 13th in Madrid, and May 26th in Bilbao.
Through these meetings, we strengthen our commitment to engaging with our shareholders and maintaining a relationship of proximity and active listening with them.
