Iberdrola offers all of its individual shareholders whose shares are deposited with a Spanish institution and registered in their names in the corresponding book-entry register, the ability to request a personal password to access the interactive OLS Shareholder's Club system and the applications that will allow them to participate electronically in the Company's General Shareholders' Meetings.

Shareholders who are corporate persons or holders of American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) or CREST Depository Interests (CDIs) representing Iberdrola shares can also request personal passwords for logging in to the interactive OLS Shareholder's Club system.
