SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE
The Sustainable Development Committee is an internal organ of the Board of Directors, with no executive powers, which was created for informational and consulting purposes and which has powers to inform, advise, and propose within its sphere of activities.
This Committee, which was established in October 19, 2010, is governed by the provisions of article 41 of the By-Laws, of article 34 of the Regulations of the Board of Directors [PDF] and by the Regulations of the Sustainable Development Committee [PDF].
