"Iberdrola Retribución Flexible" results

Iberdrola shareholders representing 66.69 % of the company´s share capital have elected to receive free shares in this edition of the optional dividend system "Iberdrola Retribución Flexible".

Iberdrola has issued 73.021 million new shares, which entails a 1.15 % increase of the share capital.

Additionally, shareholders representing 33.31 % of the company's share capital have elected to receive cash by means of the Interim Dividend of 0.202 gross euros per share. As a result, Iberdrola has disbursed a total amount of 427.24 million euros for the payment of the Interim Dividend corresponding to the fiscal year 2023.
