"Iberdrola Retribución Flexible" results

Iberdrola shareholders representing 83.71 % of the share capital have elected to receive free newly-issued shares of the company in this edition of the "Iberdrola Retribución Flexible" optional dividend system.

Iberdrola will issue 76.62 million new shares, which entails a 1.147% increase of the share capital.

Additionally, Iberdrola shareholders who have opted to receive cash by means of the Interim Dividend of 0.253 gross euros per share represent 16.29% of the remaining share capital. As a result, the company will disburse a total amount of 275.29 million euros for the payment of the Interim Dividend corresponding to the fiscal year 2025.
