Draw for 50 electric bikes among attendees at the 2026 General Shareholders’ Meeting
Those who delegated their vote or voted via the Participation Portal or by calling the Shareholder Office, and who met a number of requirements, were eligible to enter the prize draw.

The 2026 Junta prize draw featured 50 electric bicycles of the Momabikes Ebike-28 Pro model, with 28-inch wheels, a 6061 aluminium frame and rims, hydraulic disc brakes and a 48V, 13Ah lithium battery.
Requirements to take part in the draw
Shareholders (individuals) of legal age who met the following criteria were eligible to enter the prize draw:
- Being a registered member of the “OLS Shareholders’ Club Iberdrola”.
- Voting or granting a proxy at the Meeting by telephone or via the Participation Portal by 29 May.
- Expressly accepting the Legal Bases for the Draw and the Privacy Policy [PDF] (Spanish version)..
- Registering for the draw. You will find the link to register in the Participation Portal, once you have granted your proxy or voted.
As a new development, at the 2026 General Meeting, the draw was also open to the ultimate beneficiaries of the Company’s shares who were natural persons of legal age and members of the OLA Shareholders’ Club, provided that the intermediary entities had granted them proxy in accordance with the provisions of Article 524.2 of the Companies Act and had provided the relevant identification details to the Company to facilitate their involvement and direct participation in the General Meeting.
Only one entry is allowed and the Club member must provide their full name and national identity document (DNI/NIE) to enter. Participation in the draw will be void if any of the details provided is not valid.
Registration period
The registration period for the prize draw for the 30 electric bikes began on 20 March at 08:00 and ended on 28 May 2026 at 23:59. In addition, all those who had registered by 11.59 pm on the day immediately preceding the draw were entered into the daily prize draws for 2 bicycles, running from 20 May to 29 May.
All prize draws will be conducted in the presence of a notary.
The prize draw will take place on 19 June 2026. Iberdrola will contact the winning participants through the contact channel provided by the participant when registering for the “OLS Iberdrola Shareholders’ Club” (postal address, e-mail address or telephone number).
