Take part in the General Shareholders’ Meeting 2026 and enter into the prize draw for 30 electric bicycles
Anyone who grants a proxy or votes via the Participation Portal or the Shareholder’s Office telephone number and meets the relevant requirements may enter into the draw.

We celebrate shareholder participation in the Meeting. This year, we are raffling 30 Moma Bikes Ebike-28 Pro electric bicycles with 28-inch wheels, 6061 aluminium frame and rims, hydraulic disc brakes and a 48V, 13Ah lithium battery.
Requirements to take part in the draw
Shareholders (individuals) of legal age can take part in the draw if they meet the following requirements:
- Being a registered member of the “OLS Shareholders’ Club Iberdrola”.
- Voting or granting a proxy at the Meeting by telephone or via the Participation Portal

As a new feature this year, the prize draw is also open to the ultimate beneficial owners of the shares of the Company who are individuals of legal age and members of the OLS Shareholder’s Club, provided that the intermediaries grant them their proxy in accordance with the provisions of Section 524.2 of the Spanish Companies Act (Ley de Sociedades de Capital) and provide the corresponding identification data to the Company in order to facilitate their engagement and direct participation in the General Meeting.
Only one entry is allowed and the Club member must provide their full name and national identity document (DNI/NIE) to enter. Participation in the draw will be void if any of the details provided is not valid.
Registration period
The registration period for the draw will start on 20 March at 08:00 a.m. and will end on 28 May 2026 at 24:00 p.m.
The draw will be held in the presence of a notary 17 June on 2026. Iberdrola will contact the winner through the contact channel provided by the participant when registering for the “OLS Iberdrola Shareholders’ Club” (postal address, e-mail address or telephone number).
