The General Shareholders’ Meeting of Iberdrola was held on 29 May 2026 with the attendance of a total of 4,976,103,922 shares, reaching a quorum of 73.63 % of the share capital, which breaks down as follows:
• In-person or remote attendance: 12,841,113 shares (0.19 % of the share capital)
• Absentee voting prior to the Meeting: 365,132,710 shares (5.40 % of the share capital)
• Proxy representation: 4,598,130,099 shares (68.04 % of the share capital)
