Iberdrola Executive Chairman Ignacio Galán met with the Deputy General of Bizkaia, Elixabete Etxanobe, at Torre Iberdrola. The meeting took place a few days ahead of the company’s General Shareholders’ Meeting, scheduled for Friday, 29 May.
During the meeting, the Iberdrola Executive Chairman reaffirmed the company’s strong and long-standing commitment to the Basque Country. Since 2021, this commitment has translated into a tax contribution of more than €4 billion in the region, 90% of it in Bizkaia.
