Iberdrola recognised among Spain’s best employers

Iberdrola España, subsidiary of the Iberdrola Group in Spain, has been named one of the best companies to work for in Spain in a ranking compiled by the Financial Times and Statista, which highlights the 1,000 leading employers across Europe. Iberdrola was also ranked the top company in its sector and placed among the highest-ranked businesses in Spain overall.

The study assessed an initial pool of more than 15,000 European companies with at least 500 employees and a significant presence across the continent. The ranking was based on more than six million employee evaluations, covering areas such as working conditions, compensation and opportunities for career development.

The recognition underscores Iberdrola’s position as an employer of choice and reflects the strength of its approach to attracting, developing and retaining talent—an essential factor in supporting the company’s continued international growth and leadership in the energy transition.
