  • Iberdrola has set the total interim dividend against 2026 results at €0.275 gross per share, under the terms of the new edition of the “Iberdrola Retribución Flexible” announced to the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).

  • The total interim dividend therefore represents an increase of 8.7% compared with the dividend for 2025, reinforcing the growth in shareholder remuneration and the dividend policy that the Group has pursued for more than 20 years.

  • The total interim dividend will amount to €1.835bn, compared with €1.690bn last year.

  • Iberdrola shareholders will have three options: receive new shares, collect the dividend in cash or sell their rights on the market. Shareholders may choose one of these alternatives or combine them according to their preferences.

  • This new edition reaffirms the company's strong commitment to its shareholders: annual dividends have risen from €482m in 2000 to €4.532bn paid in 2025. In addition, Iberdrola has distributed nearly €47bn in dividends since 2001.
