The Avangrid Foundation contributes $3.1 million to support more than 70 community organisations in 2025

The Avangrid Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Avangrid and a subsidiary of the Iberdrola Group in the United States, awarded more than $3.1 million in grants to 73 organizations throughout 2025. Since its founding in 2001, the Avangrid Foundation has invested over $45 million to support social programs, education and workforce training, biodiversity initiatives, and arts and cultural projects in local communities, with the goal of creating lasting, positive change where it is needed most.

In addition to corporate giving, the Foundation also strengthens employee engagement in local communities through its Energized for Good programme.
