Avangrid receives two awards for its commitment to innovation in talent development

Avangrid, Iberdrola Group’s US subsidiary, has received two HCM Excellence Awards from Brandon Hall Group. The awards recognise the best talent management and professional development initiatives worldwide.

The company received a Gold Award in the Best Use of Games and Simulations for Learning category for its Rate Case Financial Acumen programme, and a Bronze Award in the Best Programme to Improve Employee Capabilities category for its Energizing Evolution open mentoring initiative. Both initiatives are designed to strengthen employees’ skills and promote continuous learning.
