- Iberdrola will pay a record dividend of €0.68 per share, totalling €4.5 billion in dividends for the 2025 financial year, an increase of 12% compared with the previous year.
- The Board of Directors will propose to the General Shareholders’ Meeting a supplementary dividend of €0.427 per share, charged to the 2025 results, representing a distribution of more than €2.8 billion under the new edition of the Iberdrola Flexible Remuneration programme.
- This amount is in addition to the €0.253 per share paid in February as an interim dividend, which totalled approximately €1.7 billion.
- In addition, the Board of Directors has proposed the distribution of an engagement dividend of €0.005 per share to all shareholders, provided that the General Shareholders’ Meeting reaches a quorum of at least 70%.
- Iberdrola shareholders have three options: receive new shares, receive the dividend in cash, or sell their rights on the market. These options are not mutually exclusive, and shareholders may choose one or combine them according to their preferences.
