Iberdrola confirms €4.5 billion distribution to shareholders following announcement of supplementary dividend

Total shareholder remuneration for the 2025 financial year amounts to €0.685 gross per share, representing a total distribution of €4.5 billion—12% higher than the amount paid for the 2024 financial year.
The company will distribute €0.427 gross per share to shareholders in July, comprising a €0.425 supplementary dividend and a €0.002 adjustment dividend.
Shareholders will need 50 rights to receive one new share.
The adjustment dividend will be paid to all shareholders, regardless of the option they choose.
Iberdrola shareholders will receive one subscription right for each share they hold.
With this distribution, Iberdrola has exceeded, ahead of schedule, its commitment to pay a dividend of between €0.61 and €0.66 per share in 2026.
Shareholders may choose from three options for receiving the supplementary dividend: receive it in cash, sell their subscription rights on the market, or receive new shares free of charge.
These options are not mutually exclusive, allowing shareholders to choose a single option or combine them according to their preferences.
