Neoenergia renews its “Great Place to Work” certification with record participation in its internal survey

Neoenergia, Iberdrola Group’s subsidiary in Brazil, has been recognised for the third consecutive year with the Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification, which assesses workplace climate and the strength of corporate culture.

This new recognition reinforces the company’s commitment to work environments based on trust, professional development and team engagement.

The certification covers all Neoenergia companies and reflects a shared culture across its different businesses and regions. In the 2026 edition, the company achieved a 90% participation rate in the internal survey, the highest in its history.

This progress forms part of the Iberdrola Group’s commitment to strengthening a culture of performance and care for people in all the countries in which it operates.
