ScottishPower to drive Wallacetown’s future with new community solar project

ScottishPower, a subsidiary of the Iberdrola Group in the UK, has partnered with the Fort, Seafield and Wallacetown Community Association to install solar panels that will generate solar energy for a self-sustaining community fund, supporting the area for decades to come.

Revenue from the electricity generated will be reinvested directly into the community, helping to fund local projects and services while tackling energy poverty.
