The Iberdrola Group has been recognising the efforts of its suppliers for decades, through both global and local awards in the five main countries where it operates (Spain, the United States, the United Kingdom, Brazil and Mexico). With these supplier awards, we aim to promote and reward excellence, sustainable development, quality, internationalisation, innovation, corporate social responsibility, job creation and occupational risk prevention.

In 2024, Iberdrola España recognised nine partner companies that stood out for their commitment to the company.

Our businesses in the countries where we operate, along with the corporate units (Environment, Quality, Innovation, Health & Safety, Sustainability, etc.) and the Procurement team itself, select the suppliers who have stood out in the execution of their contracts every year. Supplier of the Year Awards 2024

In this edition, with Valencia taking centre stage, Iberdrola España recognised nine partner companies that stood out for their commitment to the company.

Iberdrola México recognised a total of eight strategic allies at the fourth edition of its Supplier of the Year Awards.

ScottishPower once again recognised the key role of suppliers at a gala marked by the slogan 'Delivering a Better Future'.

Avangrid presented its Supplier of the Year 2024 Awards at its headquarters in Connecticut.

Neoenergia recognised 10 companies that stood out for their values aligned with quality, excellence, innovation and sustainability.

In 2024, local events were held in the various offices of our main partner companies, which individually selected those suppliers who have been particularly outstanding in the performance of their contracts. Meet that year's winners:

Press release (25/11/2024): Iberdrola presents its 2024 Supplier of the Year Awards in Mexico

Global Supplier of the Year Awards 2023.

Iberdrola brought together around 100 international business leaders for the presentation of the Global Supplier of the Year Awards 2023, highlighting its essential role in the generation of employment, wealth and the transition to a more sustainable energy.

In this edition, the awards were presented to six companies that stood out for their commitment to innovation, equality, quality, sustainability and job creation, contributing to a decarbonised economy through investments in renewable energy, smart grids, large-scale storage projects and innovative solutions for their customers.

The six companies honoured at the 2023 Global Supplier of the Year Awards were:

The King and Queen of Spain, the minister of Education and Vocational Training and the Executive Chairman of Iberdrola Group presented the RETO Awards for Supplier of the Year.

2021 Supplier of the Year Awards

Their Majesties the King and Queen of Spain, accompanied by the minister of Education and Vocational Training, Isabel Celaá, and the executive chairman of Iberdrola Group, Ignacio Galán, presented the 2021 Supplier of the Year Awards. The awards recognised the key role of the value chain in the achievement of Iberdrola's strategic projects and the relevance of creating an ecosystem of suppliers working towards the same objectives.
