Neoenergia wins the Conarec 2025 Award, the leading recognition in customer experience in the Brazilian market

Neoenergia, Iberdrola's subsidiary in Brazil, won the Conarec 2025 Award, the most important recognition in the Brazilian Customer Experience market in the Energy and Utilities category. The award distinguishes companies that excel in terms of innovation, technology and customer-centric service.

The company has developed an integrated and intelligent Customer Experience (CX) ecosystem that connects technology, processes, people and partners to provide a complete view of the customer and ensure a seamless experience across all service channels.

In 2025, Neoenergia inaugurated the Tactical Relationship Centre (CTR) in Campinas, which allows real-time monitoring of all customer service operations of the Group's five distributors - Neoenergia Brasilia, Neoenergia Coelba, Neoenergia Cosern, Neoenergia Elektro and Neoenergia Pernambuco - which together serve 16.7 million customers. The centre works in collaboration with the Integrated Operations Centre (COI), which is responsible for coordinating field teams, increasing efficiency and promoting a more complete experience for consumers.
