Through our subsidiary Vineyard Wind, Iberdrola has been generating clean energy for several months at the Vineyard Wind One offshore wind farm, located off the coast of Massachusetts. The farm, with a capacity of more than 800 MW, is already producing energy to supply homes and industries in New England.
Iberdrola Group operates its second major offshore wind project in the Baltic: Baltic Eagle. Located 30 kilometres to the northeast of Rügen island off the coast of Pomerania (Germany), this new 476 megawatt (MW) installation supply renewable energy to 475,000 households.

Iberdrola Group is building a macro offshore wind complex in UK waters: the East Anglia Hub. This undertaking will see the development of four projects capable of delivering total installed capacity exceeding 3.9 GW: East Anglia ONE, which is already in operation, East Anglia ONE North, East Anglia TWO and East Anglia THREE. The work, which represents an investment of GBP 10 billion, began in 2022 and is expected to take four years.
