These were the shareholder service points set up ahead of the 2026 General Shareholders’ Meeting.

A commemorative gift was presented to shareholders who had given a proxy or voted remotely at the service points, or who visited these locations with their ID card after having given a proxy or voted remotely via the Shareholder Engagement Portal or the telephone channel. Shareholders may collect the gift in person or through a representative. Only one gift is given per shareholder, regardless of whether the shares belong to a single person or to several joint holders. Should stocks run out, delivery of the gift selected for this Meeting, or of an alternative gift, cannot be guaranteed.
The following details—provided for reference—set out the addresses, dates, and opening and closing times of the service points designated for the 2026 General Shareholders’ Meeting (usually available one week before the meeting takes place):

As a new development, for the 2026 General Shareholders’ Meeting, the ultimate beneficiaries of the Company’s shares were also able to collect the commemorative gift, provided that the intermediary entities had granted them proxy in accordance with the provisions of Article 524.2 of the Companies Act and had provided the Company with the relevant identification details to facilitate their involvement and direct participation in the General Shareholders’ Meeting.
