Sustainability report

This report complies with current regulations (Law 11/2018 on Non-Financial Information and Diversity, and Article 8 of Regulation 2020/852 on the European Taxonomy), and also voluntarily meets additional disclosure requirements, mainly CSRD, while being subject to independent external verification.

  • This report complies with the provisions of Law 11/2018 on non-financial information and diversity, and the information obligations established by article 8 of Regulation 2020/852 of the European Union regarding the establishment of a framework to facilitate sustainable investments and its development standards. The content also includes information on sustainability following the provisions of Directive (EU) 2022/2464, on Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).

    The report is subject to independent external verification issued by the Spanish by the Spanish Accounting and Audit Institute (ICAC).

Provides information about the business model and the future strategy of the Company, as recommended by the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC).

Annual Corporate Governance Report

This annual report explains the shareholding and management structure, the corporate decision-making bodies operation, the risk prevention, corporate control and compliance systems, the auditor’s role and the degree of compliance with the recommendations of the Good Governance Code of Listed Companies of the National Securities Market Commission (Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores), among other aspects related to the corporate governance model of the Company. 

 

Annual report on remuneration of directors and officers

Sets forth the director and officers remuneration policy for the current fiscal year and the application thereof during the prior fiscal year.
