IBERDROLA AND THE CLIMATE SUMMIT 2019
"It is now time for action: it is now time to deliver results and accelerate the execution of plans to reduce emissions"
Iberdrola group chairman, Ignacio Galán, considers that the energy transition to achieve zero emissions is possible, but time is running out. He said this during his speech at the Climate Action Summit in New York on 23 September, while underlining that the company's emissions are just a quarter of the average of the European electricity sector.
