She's only just 18, but she already has several records in combined events under her belt, in both the youth and senior categories. This young woman who disliked athletics as a child may well be an Olympic champion before she is 20 years old if she classifies for Tokyo 2020.

She is equally committed to football and athletics. In 2018 she became both European and World champion with the sub-17 national football team, and is the youngest woman to have won a senior athletics medal.
Masters athletics is gaining ground
Athletics for seniors is invigorating: by the beginning of 2018, the Royal Spanish Athletics Federation (Real Federación Española de Atletismo, RFEA) had broken the record of registered master athletes.
