We're continuing to power Scotland women rugby team
SP Energy Networks, of our UK subsidiary ScottishPower, has renewed for two more years its sponsorship of the Scotland women's national rugby team and the U18 and U20 teams, which it has been supporting for three years now. The Scottish team is playing in the qualifying phase for the 2021 World Cup and has placed in the top 10 of the Women's Rugby Ranking for the first time in history.

Helen Roca and María Ribera, Maribí, fell in love with rugby at university. Now, they are both coaches in the División de Honor Femenina (the top Spanish league competition for women) and clashed in the final of the Iberdrola Rugby League 2019. But neither can make a living from it.
