Iberdrola committed to its shareholders
In line with Iberdrola's commitment to its shareholders, Iberdrola has defined a shareholder remuneration policy stating that shareholder remuneration shall be between 65 % and 75 % of the net profit attributed to the Company, as controlling company, in its consolidated annual accounts. Our Strategic Plan has set a floor for shareholder remuneration of €0.55 per share by 2026.
In 2010 Iberdrola implemented the "Iberdrola Dividendo Flexible" system, which was replaced in 2018 by the "Iberdrola Retribución Flexible" system. For more information, check here.

The amount of the Supplementary Dividend will be, at least, 0.348 euros gross per share.
The final amount and the number of free-charge allocation rights required to receive one new share will be communicated on 2 July 2024.
